What leasing options are available?
We offer 6-12 month leases.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Yes, we accept Section 8 vouchers.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
Is renter's insurance required?
You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise on Cave Creek provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Security deposit is dependent on credit and is refundable at move-out unless there are any amounts owed or damages incurred.
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
8AM - 10PM
What are the hours of the laundry facility?
24/7
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes, our apartments are internet/cable ready through Cox.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is permitted only in specially designated areas outside the buildings of the apartment community. Smoking must be at least 20 ft from the buildings in the community.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Yes, Rise on Cave Creek is a pet-friendly community!
What is the parking situation?
Residents are assigned one covered parking space at no additional fee. Guest parking is available.
